- Working hours: 09:00–17:30
- Open to students on sandwich degree programmes
- Multiple roles available across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Marketing, and Organisational Development

Who We're Looking For
- Enrolled on a sandwich degree in Business, Social Sciences, or Organisational Psychology
- Graduation expected in 2028
- Strong academic record at A-Level or BTEC
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Proactive and collaborative work approach

Key Responsibilities
- Support core HR processes across employee lifecycle
- Manage HR documentation and payroll coordination
- Source technical talent and coordinate university partnerships
- Assist with compensation benchmarking and benefits renewal
- Support learning and development programmes and internal training

Interview Process
- CV review followed by submission of a short cover letter
- Interviews scheduled for October and November 2025
- Applicants must be enrolled on a sandwich degree with 2028 graduation
