Role and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable data platforms and pipelines.
- Develop and maintain high-quality datasets for trading, risk, and reporting.
- Create data products and dashboards for actionable insights.
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business users to translate requirements.
- Work in agile teams with stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Graduate Program and Onboarding
- Start with an extensive onboarding at headquarters in Amsterdam.
- Learn about Flow Traders’ business, data landscape, and data engineering.
- Rotate across Platform, Core Data, and Business Intelligence teams.
- Engage in hands-on projects with real business impact.
- Receive continuous guidance and mentorship from experienced engineers.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, or similar.
- Strong Python skills plus at least one of SQL, Java, C++, or Rust.
- Experience with data analysis or data engineering projects.
- Analytical mindset to simplify complex problems.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
