- Make split-second decisions to contribute to desk profitability.
- Apply pricing strategies and proprietary trading systems.
- Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Identify and seize arising trading opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.

Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics or related.
- Interest in trading and global financial markets.
- Understanding of financial products.
- Proficiency in Excel and interest in IT systems and development languages.
- Excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills.
