Role Responsibilities
- Manage unique trading strategies in rapidly evolving live markets.
- Tune model parameters to reflect current market conditions.
- Execute trades based on model recommendations.
- Evaluate real-time market feedback and update models continuously.
- Collaborate with quants and developers to build and optimize trading models.
- Work independently and with others to develop and integrate trading ideas.

- Graduating winter 2026 or spring/summer 2027.
- Strong quantitative focus.
- Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
- Quick learner and intellectually curious.
- Detail-oriented and self-starter.
Training and Development
- Gain experience on the desk and in classroom from day one.
