Recent Graduate - Trading Assistant (NYC)

About the role

Support Five Rings’ New York trading team by entering and updating orders, coordinating accurate information with traders, monitoring markets, and reconciling trades daily. This full-time role is entirely office-based five days per week, follows market hours, and suits recent graduates with strong communication, organization, multitasking, and time-sensitive execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manually input and update orders as markets change throughout trading hours.
• Coordinate with traders to provide relevant and accurate information.
• Monitor market conditions consistently during trading hours.
• Prioritize key market data while multitasking in a time-sensitive environment.
• Reconcile daily trades by checking trade records against internal records.

Working Arrangement

• Work 100% in-office at Five Rings’ New York office.
• Work five days per week with responsibilities aligned to market hours.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for the role.
• Execute quickly and communicate accurately in time-sensitive situations.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
