2028 Summer Analyst Program: Global Technology – New York

About the role

The 10-week Evercore Global Technology Summer Analyst Program offers undergraduates hands-on experience across data analytics, application development, and cybersecurity. Analysts support technology solutions for banking decisions through research, development, testing, documentation, validation, and permission standardization, while receiving training, mentorship, and guidance in a collaborative New York team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions supporting deal-team evaluations, market assessments, and firmwide decision-making.
• Conduct research and analysis, application development, software integration, testing, documentation, and application validation.
• Contribute to permission standardization and other technology initiatives supporting global operations.
• Own impactful workstreams within small teams while collaborating with peers and senior stakeholders.

Program Experience

• Work across data analytics, application development, or cybersecurity within Global Technology.
• Gain hands-on experience with software engineering, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, or data analytics projects.
• Receive training, mentorship, and guidance while developing new skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver high-quality work with appropriate guidance.

Candidate Requirements

• Pursue an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Demonstrate a strong academic record, quantitative and analytical strengths, and clear communication skills.
• Show intellectual curiosity about machine learning, artificial intelligence, and applications involving real-world financial data.
• Demonstrate organization, problem-solving ability, flexibility, learning commitment, and a strong work ethic.
• Maintain an interest in financial services and applying technical skills to practical business challenges.
