2028 Equities: Equity Research Summer Intern Program – New York

About the role

Equity Research Summer Interns in Evercore ISI’s New York office support a Senior Research Analyst within one sector. Interns develop sector expertise, contribute to reports and financial models, engage with company stakeholders, and may own published research projects. The program ends with an in-depth stock pitch.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with one Senior Research Analyst and sector throughout the summer.
• Build sector expertise and assist with equity research reports and financial models.
• Help develop Evercore ISI’s proprietary research product for clients.
• May speak with covered companies’ senior management, customers, competitors, and government regulators.
• May take ownership of company initiations or deep-dive sector research ultimately published to clients.
• Complete an in-depth stock pitch at the end of the summer.

Qualifications

• Pursue an undergraduate degree with graduation between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Have a minimum overall GPA of 3.5.
• Demonstrate accounting, security analysis, and financial modeling skills.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas.
