2028 Strategic Advisory: Mergers & Acquisitions Summer Analyst Program – Menlo Park Healthcare

About the role

Evercore’s 10-week Summer Analyst Program offers undergraduates graduating between December 2028 and June 2029 exposure to strategic advisory and mergers and acquisitions in Menlo Park Healthcare. Analysts support transactions and client work through financial modeling, industry analysis, due diligence, and related assignments while receiving internal training and working closely with small teams.

Responsibilities

• Support mergers and acquisitions advisory, restructuring, recapitalization, divestiture, partnership, and joint venture assignments.
• Prepare for and attend client meetings while working closely with client contacts and firm partners.
• Build financial models, conduct industry analysis, perform due diligence, and resolve complex accounting issues.
• Contribute to new business development and manage multiple projects concurrently within small teams.

Requirements

• Pursue an undergraduate degree with graduation between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Demonstrate a strong academic record, diverse interests, and critical thinking about strategic client issues.
• Demonstrate knowledge of investment banking and global markets.
• Bring quantitative and analytical ability, effective communication skills, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
• All academic majors are encouraged to apply.
