2028 Private Capital Advisory & Fundraising: Private Capital Advisory Summer Analyst Program – Dallas

About the role

Evercore’s 10-week Private Capital Advisory Summer Analyst Program in Dallas offers undergraduate students exposure to advising limited partners on sales of private-asset portfolios. Analysts work with LP clients on liquidity solutions across the secondary private equity market while developing analytical, communication, and teamwork skills in an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise limited partners on sales of portfolios containing private assets.
• Support liquidity solutions for endowments, foundations, pensions, family offices, and asset managers.
• Work across private equity, venture, credit, real estate, energy, and infrastructure assets.
• Gain representative experience of a Private Capital Advisory analyst.

Program

• Participate in a 10-week Summer Analyst Program based in Dallas.
• Work with Evercore’s LP-led Private Capital Advisory team.
• Operate in an entrepreneurial environment with opportunities for early responsibility.
• Receive exposure to blue-chip clients and the secondary private equity market.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with graduation between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Finance, Accounting, or Economics major preferred.
• Demonstrated academic excellence and superior analytical skills.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Collaborative, loyal team player with a strong work ethic.
• Interest in pursuing a career in the secondaries industry.
