2028 Capital Markets Advisory: Structured Capital Solutions Summer Analyst Program – New York

About the role

The 10-week New York Structured Capital Solutions Summer Analyst Program gives undergraduate students hands-on experience developing bespoke capital solutions for public and private companies, management teams, and alternative asset managers. Analysts gain exposure to securitizations, high-grade joint ventures, direct-to-insurance financings, diverse sectors, assets, cash flows, and senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop bespoke capital solutions for clients across a broad range of industries.
• Support financing and capital formation strategies involving high-quality assets and predictable cash flows.
• Work on securitizations, high-grade joint ventures, and direct-to-insurance financings.
• Help clients access differentiated debt and equity capital and optimize funding strategies.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while learning quickly and taking meaningful responsibility.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment serving clients and senior management.

Candidate Profile

• Pursue an undergraduate degree with graduation expected between December 2028 and June 2029.
• Demonstrate academic excellence and leadership experience on campus.
• Show strong interest in structured finance, securitization, asset-backed, and project-level financing.
• Bring curiosity about credit, capital structure, and how companies finance themselves.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, oral and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Show intellectual curiosity, motivation, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic.
