About the role

A 10-week New York Investment Banking Summer Associate internship for current first-year MBA students. Associates join industry-focused pods spanning TMT, Healthcare & Consumer, Financial Services, and Industrials-related sectors. The role offers hands-on experience across financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, client materials, live transactions, and business development in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and valuation analysis, including complex financial and accounting issues.
• Conduct industry, competitive, and due diligence analysis for client engagements.
• Draft client presentation materials and support live transaction management and execution.
• Assist with new business development activities.
• Develop broad industry exposure while building specialized expertise across assigned pods.

Industry Pods

• Technology, Media & Communications.
• Healthcare & Consumer.
• Financial Services, including banking, wealth, insurance, and alternative asset management.
• Industrials, Transportation, Energy Transition, Metals, and Mining.
