Role Responsibilities
- Work on out-of-court transactions, recapitalizations, liability management, and distressed M&A.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
- Resolve complex accounting issues and conduct financial statement and credit document analysis.
- Perform industry analysis, due diligence, and assist in new business development.
- Manage analysts and oversee financial and valuation analysis.

Candidate Requirements
- Rising second-year MBA or rising 3L from a top business or law school.
- Prior experience in restructuring, leveraged finance, debt capital markets, or credit.
- Strong grasp of corporate finance, valuation, and financial accounting.
- Superior analytical skills and excellent academic performance.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
