Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior bankers on industry-transforming transactions worldwide.
- Engage in in-court and out-of-court restructurings and recapitalizations.
- Participate in exchanges, tenders, and other liability management transactions.
- Support distressed M&A transactions and non-syndicated capital raising.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings.

- Ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
