About the role
Six-month Stockholm off-cycle internship with Evercore’s Generalist M&A team, offering representative analyst experience. Interns support research, financial analysis, valuation modelling, transaction processes, and presentations while working in small deal teams. The programme suits enrolled university students with prior M&A or private equity experience and fluent English plus a Nordic language.
Responsibilities
- Research industries and companies, and analyse financial and operational information.
- Review company accounts, including profit and loss and cash flow information.
- Assist with financial models used to value and analyse companies or assets.
- Support transaction processes and prepare marketing materials.
- Prepare detailed financial and strategy presentations.
- Work as an integral member of small deal teams.
Programme
- Six-month off-cycle internship based in Stockholm.
- Programme runs from January through June 2027.
