Q4 2027 Internship Programme (Frankfurt)

About the role

Three-month internship in Evercore’s Frankfurt office, offering students exposure to investment banking, active M&A and capital markets transactions, and senior executives. Interns support small teams with analyst-level work, including financial modelling, valuation, industry analysis, due diligence, client meetings, and new client development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for client meetings and support new client development activities.
• Build financial models and perform valuation analysis for active transactions.
• Conduct industry analysis and assist with due diligence processes.
• Work in small teams and interact closely with Evercore bankers.
• Gain practical exposure to analyst responsibilities and investment banking transactions.

Candidate Profile

• Currently study business, economics, accounting, engineering, or a related subject.
• Demonstrate excellent academic performance and strong interest in investment banking and global markets.
• Have previous corporate finance experience in M&A, ECM, or private equity.
• Show quantitative and analytical ability, strong time management, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate communication, organisational, teamwork, learning, integrity, and respectful professional skills.
• Provide evidence of achievement outside the academic sphere and relevant corporate finance knowledge.
