About the role
Evercore's Frankfurt internship offers students hands-on experience in investment banking, focusing on M&A and capital markets. Interns work closely with senior bankers, gaining valuable insights and skills for a potential full-time role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support client meetings preparation, financial modeling, valuation, and industry analysis.
- Assist in due diligence and new client development tasks.
- Work in small teams with close interaction with bankers.
- Gain exposure to daily analyst responsibilities and firm operations.
Candidate Requirements
- Students in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
- Previous experience in corporate finance (M&A, ECM, PE) preferred.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, time management, and communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, integrity, teamwork, and commitment to learning.
- High corporate finance knowledge and achievements beyond academics.
