Role and Responsibilities
- Support client meetings preparation, financial modeling, valuation, and industry analysis.
- Assist in due diligence and new client development tasks.
- Work closely with bankers in small teams.
- Gain insights into the daily role of an Analyst at Evercore.

Candidate Requirements
- Students in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
- Previous corporate finance experience (M&A, ECM, PE) preferred.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, time management, and communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English mandatory.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, integrity, teamwork, and commitment to learning.
