About the role

Six-month Milan off-cycle internship on Evercore’s Generalist Team, offering experience comparable to an analyst role. Interns support deal teams through company and industry research, financial analysis, modelling, transaction processes, and presentation preparation while working on multiple assignments in an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Research industries and companies, and interpret financial and operational information.
• Analyse company accounts, profit and loss, and cash flow information.
• Assist with financial models to value and analyse companies or sector assets.
• Support transaction processes and preparation of marketing materials.
• Prepare detailed financial and strategy presentations.
• Work within small deal teams across multiple assignments.
