Role Overview
- 6-month internship starting July 2026 with possible extension.
- Work within Evercore's Madrid Investment Banking team covering the Iberian region.
- Engage in private and public M&A, capital raising, and capital structure mandates.
- Develop analytical, communication, and marketing skills.
- Handle multiple projects and learn in an entrepreneurial environment.

Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze company accounts, profit & loss, and cash flow information.
- Prepare detailed financial presentations and marketing materials.
- Conduct company research and maintain accurate financial data.
- Manage aspects of transaction processes independently.
- Support client pitching and business development activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree completed.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong quantitative, technical, and communication skills.
- Outstanding academic record and multitasking ability.
- Drive, enthusiasm, creativity, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience
- Prior investment banking experience valued but not required.
