Role Overview
- Work in small teams within development or trading groups to build low latency applications.
- Deliver well-scoped, self-contained projects within an established production codebase.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and take ownership of shipped code.
- Learn how technology supports trading teams and impacts the firm directly.
Responsibilities
- Develop new functionality that integrates with mature systems.
- Collaborate with traders and developers to meet project goals.
- Maintain code quality and review AI-generated code critically.
- Contribute to performance-sensitive and numerical problem-solving tasks.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, graduating Winter 2027 to Summer 2028.
- Proficient in C++ and/or Python programming languages.
- Ability to navigate existing codebases and deliver contained projects.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective use of AI coding tools with critical review skills.
- Available to work onsite in London full-time during internship.
