About the role
This Summer 2027 internship offers a technology-focused student the opportunity to learn IT operations and support end-users at DV Trading in New York. The role includes triaging support requests, troubleshooting hardware and applications, maintaining IT records, and managing assets while building communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first IT support contact, logging and prioritizing requests by phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, desk setups, operating systems, and application issues for end-users.
- Resolve basic technical problems and escalate more complex issues to senior staff.
- Maintain IT support records and contribute to the organization’s knowledge base.
- Assist with IT asset management, including inventory tracking.
- Provide friendly, professional support to end-users.
