About the role
Join DV Commodities as a 2027 Graduate Software Engineer in New York, building proprietary trading tools and collaborating with traders and developers to enhance trading platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve proprietary trading tools for various trading desks.
- Collaborate with developers, tech leaders, traders, and researchers on technical needs.
- Work iteratively with stakeholders to deliver platform functionality.
- Architect new solutions and improve existing codebases confidently.
- Use AI to accelerate development and take full ownership of code lifecycle.
Requirements
- Graduate by Summer 2027 with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience programming in C++ and/or Python in Linux environments.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and manage code verification.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in New York office five days a week.
