About the role
Join DV Trading as a 2026 Graduate Trader in Hong Kong, working closely with senior traders to develop proprietary trading skills and manage real-time risk in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior traders to learn proprietary trading methodologies and systems.
- Manage real-time risk through trade entry and risk layoffs.
- Build, maintain, and improve trading models.
- Enhance existing strategies and identify new trading opportunities.
- Coordinate between trading desk, internal teams, and OTC relationships.
- Take on additional responsibilities based on individual interests and skills.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, computer science, or related field, graduating by Winter 2026.
- Strong foundation in math, probability, and statistics.
- Ability to learn quickly and perform under high pressure.
- Maintain composure and communicate clearly under pressure.
- High proficiency in Excel and VBA.
- Preferred experience with SQL, statistical modeling, Python, or other programming languages.
