Leadership Rotation Network Intern

About the role

The Leadership Rotation Network Intern will work in middle or back-office teams such as Global Trading Operations or Treasury for 10 weeks, contributing to team objectives and gaining in-depth knowledge of trading support functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work within middle or back-office teams like Global Trading Operations, Treasury, Business Management, or Finance.
• Apply knowledge and skills to deliver value in assigned team.
• Analyze situations and develop solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate effectively within diverse teams and build relationships.
• Contribute to projects and daily processes supporting trading business.
• Develop understanding of how trading functions work cohesively.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, graduating Dec 2027 - Aug 2028.
• Strong desire to learn, curious mindset, and commitment to integrity.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and build strong cross-group relationships.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with large structured data sets.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar data tools with interest to deepen skills.

• Interest in trading and technology industry, focused on middle/back-office roles.
• Willingness to live and work in London; physical presence required.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis and improve workflows.

• Interest in automation, process improvement, and reducing operational risk.
