Leadership Rotation Network Intern
The Leadership Rotation Network Intern will work in middle or back-office teams such as Global Trading Operations or Treasury for 10 weeks, contributing to team objectives and gaining in-depth knowledge of trading support functions.

- Contribute to projects and daily processes supporting trading business.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, graduating Dec 2027 - Aug 2028.
- Strong desire to learn, curious mindset, and commitment to integrity.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and build strong cross-group relationships.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with large structured data sets.

- Interest in trading and technology industry, focused on middle/back-office roles.
- Willingness to live and work in London; physical presence required.
- Ability to use AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis and improve workflows.
