Program Structure
- Yearlong rotation through up to three middle/back-office teams like Global Trading Operations and Treasury.
- Immersive onboarding to reinforce market fundamentals and integrate with the LRN community.
- Opportunity to lead projects and participate in daily team processes.
- Focus on understanding how trading functions work cohesively across teams.
- Not a trading or quant role; no involvement in trading strategy or investment decisions.

- Apply knowledge to deliver value during rotations in various teams.
- Analyze situations and develop solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Collaborate effectively within diverse teams and build lasting relationships.
- Lead projects and gain insight into team scopes supporting trading business.
- Develop comprehensive understanding of business operations and trading functions.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, graduating Dec 2026–Jun 2027.
- Strong desire to learn, curious mindset, integrity, and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with large structured data sets.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools with interest to deepen skills.

Additional Candidate Qualities
- Interest in trading and technology industry with aspiration for middle/back-office career.
- Willingness to live and work in London; physical presence required.
- Solid understanding of financial securities and markets.
- Prior internship or exposure to middle/back-office roles; no full-time experience.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to reconcile data discrepancies.
