Strategy Intern

Role Responsibilities
- Identify and define strategic priorities with DRW leadership.
- Build relationships across trading groups to find new opportunities.
- Assist in implementing new initiatives with project managers.
- Deliver data-based business planning recommendations to senior leaders.
- Analyze market data to investigate new business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Proven ability to collaborate on cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI-assisted tools to automate tasks and analyses.
- Strong data analysis skills to quantify business opportunities.

Internship Experience
- Work on a challenging project advised by the strategy team.
- Participate in educational, social, and team-building activities.
- Access fully furnished apartments near the office.
- Build a professional relationship with an experienced mentor.
