About the role

Join DRW as a Strategy Intern to identify and develop new business opportunities, collaborate with trading teams, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leaders. Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic trading firm environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Identify and define strategic priorities with DRW leadership.
• Build relationships across trading groups to find new opportunities.
• Assist in implementing new initiatives with project managers.
• Deliver data-based business planning recommendations to senior leaders.
• Analyze market data to investigate new business opportunities.
• Provide insights on cost models, scenarios, and resource needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Proven ability to collaborate on cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools to automate tasks and analyses.
• Strong data analysis skills to quantify business opportunities.
• Understanding of derivative markets and excellent communication skills.

Internship Experience
