Role and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary software solutions across the firm.
- Create decoders to translate raw packet data from exchanges into accessible formats.
- Build normalizers to construct order books for traded instruments.
- Develop applications to facilitate communication of executed trades to compliance.
- Identify innovative solutions and advocate for their implementation.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in CS, Engineering, Physics, Math, ML, or related fields.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Exposure to network programming, multi-threaded, real-time, or GUI programming.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Eagerness to learn and understand the impact of your code.

Technical Skills
- Proficient in C++, Python, or Java software development.
- Curious and quick to learn new technologies.

Internship Experience
- Complete a challenging project advised by a software engineer.
