Software Developer Intern

Role and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy proprietary software solutions across the firm.
- Build systems like MLOps, data pipelines, GPU optimization, and full stack web applications.
- Identify and advocate innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Conduct data-driven research using statistical analytics on large datasets.
- Collaborate with developers, traders, researchers, and analysts in cross-functional teams.

Candidate Requirements
- Pursuing bachelor's, master's, or PhD in CS, EE, physics, math, or related fields.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Exposure to multi-threaded, real-time, computational intelligence, or GUI programming.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proficient in at least one language: Python, JavaScript, C++, Ruby, C#, Go, or Java.

Internship Experience
- Work on a challenging project advised by a software engineer.
- Participate in educational, social, and team-building activities.
- Live in fully furnished apartments near the office provided by DRW.
