Venture Capital Analyst Intern
Join DRW as a Venture Capital Analyst Intern in Chicago for a 10-week program focused on researching and evaluating venture capital investments. Gain hands-on experience with financial modeling, deal structuring, and portfolio support in the FinTech and capital markets sectors.

Responsibilities
- Underwrite and evaluate investments based on risk and return fundamentals.
- Assist with deal structuring and term sheet evaluation using Excel modeling.
- Prepare discounted cash flow and market analyses for investment opportunities.
- Attend meetings with company management and co-investors.
- Support pitch deck preparation for pipeline and portfolio companies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or liberal arts.
- Graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
- Curiosity about business models, competitive dynamics, and innovation.
- Interest in multiple investment categories including cryptocurrency and financial software.
