Leadership Rotation Network Intern
The Leadership Rotation Network Intern will work in middle or back-office teams at DRW, contributing to projects and gaining insight into trading support functions over a 10-week internship in Chicago.

Role and Responsibilities
- Work within middle or back-office teams like Trading Operations, Treasury, or Credit Risk.
- Lead projects and participate in daily team processes.
- Analyze situations and develop solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Collaborate effectively within diverse teams and build relationships.
- Gain comprehensive understanding of trading business support functions.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, graduating Dec 2027–Jun 2028.
- Basic proficiency in Python (pandas, API interaction, scripting) and SQL (intermediate queries).
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros/VBA.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- US work authorization without sponsorship required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in trading and technology with aspiration for middle/back-office roles.
- Willingness to live and work in Chicago, IL (on-site required).
