Program Overview

• Yearlong rotation program in middle and back-office teams at DRW.
• Immersive onboarding covering market fundamentals and cohort integration.
• Rotations include Global Trading Operations, Treasury/Cash, Business Management.
• Post-program placement aligned with career aspirations and business needs.
• Not a trading or quant role; focus on operational support and process improvement.

• Apply knowledge to deliver value through multiple team rotations.
• Analyze situations and develop solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate effectively within diverse teams and build relationships.
• Lead projects and participate in daily team processes.
• Gain comprehensive understanding of support functions behind trading.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• Graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly and validate outputs.
• Work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in trading and technology industry, especially middle/back-office roles.
• Desire to live and work in Chicago; on-site presence required.
• Understanding of financial securities and markets.
• Prior internship exposure to middle or back-office operations.
• No prior full-time work experience; suited for new graduates.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual base salary of $110,000 plus discretionary bonus eligibility.
