Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
- Graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and foundational knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly and validate outputs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in trading and technology industry, especially middle/back-office roles.
- Desire to live and work in Chicago; on-site presence required.
- Understanding of financial securities and markets.
- Prior internship exposure to middle or back-office operations.
- No prior full-time work experience; suited for new graduates.
