About the role
Join DRW as a Community Investment Coordinator intern to support social impact initiatives, volunteer engagement, and administrative operations. Collaborate with employees and nonprofit partners to foster a culture of giving and volunteering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead volunteer recruitment and event planning with nonprofit partners.
- Develop annual volunteer calendar, communications, and outreach plans.
- Co-manage Community Champions program and provide guidance.
- Process employee-driven event sponsorship requests.
- Administer incentive programs for new hires and events.
- Assist in annual giving and global volunteer month campaigns.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate philanthropic giving data in grants management database.
- Review and update grant agreements and documentation.
- Collaborate with Accounting to process invoices and grants.
- Manage volunteer event entries and community investment materials.
- Develop communications and content for intranet pages.
- Support scheduling of external meetings as needed.
Team Support
- Manage partnerships with nonprofit and community-based partners.
- Conduct research and analyze community needs for program enhancement.
- Contribute to strategic plans aligning with firm's mission and values.
Candidate Profile
- Passion for social impact and corporate philanthropy.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based systems.
- Bachelor’s degree with graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
