Deutsche Bank Spring into Banking Programme - Technology, Data & Innovation - London - 2027

About the role

Deutsche Bank’s four-day Spring into Technology, Data & Innovation programme in London introduces early-career students to financial services and technology teams. Participants will join workshops, meet banking professionals, develop employability skills, and explore the bank’s technology strategy, with potential consideration for a Summer 2028 internship.

Programme Activities

• Attend a four-day, in-person insight programme focused on Technology, Data & Innovation teams.
• Learn about Deutsche Bank, financial services, clients, and the bank’s role in society.
• Explore how different areas collaborate to fulfil client needs.
• Meet leaders and role models from analyst and associate through senior management levels.
• Participate in employability skills workshops with the Early Careers team.
• Attend in-person workshops, interactive sessions, and networking events.

Division

• Technology supports Deutsche Bank’s business and shapes engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• The division is strengthening engineering expertise and introducing an agile delivery model.
• Teams are modernising IT infrastructure through long-term investment and cloud computing.
• The division provides technology talent with training, freedom, and opportunities for pioneering work.

Programme Details

• The programme runs from 5 to 8 April 2027 in London.
• Successful students may be considered for Deutsche Bank’s Summer 2028 Internship Programme.
• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and may close before the stated deadline.
• Applicants may submit only one application per UK recruitment season.
