About the role

Join Deutsche Bank’s year-long Fixed Income and Currencies Graduate Programme in London, beginning with orientation and training before moving directly onto a team. Gain hands-on experience across Credit, Emerging Markets, Foreign Exchange or Rates, in Sales, Trading, Structuring or Financing, while solving client challenges alongside industry experts.

Role and programme

• Start in a Direct-to-Desk pathway after extensive orientation and training, then join your team with immediate hands-on experience.
• Work alongside industry experts to solve real-world client challenges and contribute to market innovation.
• Roles span Credit, Emerging Markets, Foreign Exchange and Rates.
• Profiles include Sales, Trading, Structuring and Financing; indicate preferences in your application.

Candidate profile

• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and a keen interest in global financial markets.
• Bring an ambitious mindset, strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills and analytical ability.
• Possess strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.

Eligibility

• Complete all studies and graduation requirements between 1 January 2026 and 31 July 2027.
• Be able to start full-time work in July 2027, subject to legislation and visa requirements.
• Be on track for a 2:1 or First, or equivalent, in an undergraduate degree.
• Have no more than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience.
