About the role

Six-month London internship in Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking and Capital Markets business. Interns support Corporate Finance activities, including company evaluation, M&A modelling, industry analysis, pitch preparation and live deal execution, while gaining exposure to industry and product groups and developing technical investment banking skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate companies and support financial analysis for client engagements.
• Develop models for mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Prepare industry analyses and materials for client pitches.
• Assist with the execution of live investment banking deals.
• Contribute to day-to-day business activities and special projects.
• Support innovative solutions helping clients achieve financial goals.

Business Areas

• Work may be available within Industry Groups or Product Groups.
• Corporate Finance serves corporates, financial institutions, governments, agencies and financial sponsors.
• Products include M&A, restructuring, debt and equity capital raising, and structured equity transactions.
