About the role

This nine-week London internship places students in Deutsche Bank’s UK Coverage Team within Investment Banking & Capital Markets. Interns support research, advisory, capital-markets execution, client materials, financial modelling and investor engagement while working with domestic and international teams. Formal training and continuous support build technical skills and professional confidence.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth company and industry research and analysis for client and transaction work.
• Support public and private M&A, IPO, Equity Capital Markets and private fundraising execution.
• Prepare confidential memoranda, board papers, pitch books, corporate profiles and analytical materials.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuations and forecasts supporting strategic advice and transaction execution.
• Support public clients with market analysis, investor materials and investor relationship activities.
• Collaborate with Corporate Broking, Equity Research, Equity Sales and IBCM Product teams.
