Deutsche Bank Graduate Programme – Investment Banking & Capital Markets – London – 2027

About the role

Year-long London graduate programme in Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking & Capital Markets division, supporting advisory and financing transactions for corporate, institutional, government and sponsor clients. Graduates conduct research, financial modelling and valuation, prepare transaction materials, and collaborate across global teams. Full-time work begins in July 2027, subject to legislation and visa requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct company and industry research, financial analysis, valuation, forecasting and detailed financial modelling.
• Support client advisory and financial transaction execution while managing multiple projects and demanding timelines.
• Prepare confidential memoranda, board papers, pitch books, corporate profiles and other transaction documentation.
• Work with Equity Sales and Research teams to service public clients and track potential IPO opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of Deutsche Bank’s product suite and collaborate across global teams.

Eligibility and Skills

• Complete all studies and graduation requirements between 1 January 2026 and 31 July 2027.
• Be on track for a 2:1 or First, or equivalent, in an undergraduate degree.
• Have no more than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience.
• Be able to start full-time work in July 2027, subject to legislation and visa requirements.
• Demonstrate corporate finance and accounting knowledge, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Organise multiple projects accurately, manage demanding timelines and work collaboratively with global teams.
