About the role

Year-long Deutsche Bank graduate programme in London’s UK Coverage team, supporting senior bankers and product specialists on advisory, financing and capital markets transactions. Graduates conduct research, build financial models, prepare transaction materials and develop client relationships while receiving professional and technical training across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Research companies, industries and markets to support client advice and transaction execution.
• Support public and private M&A, IPO, equity capital markets and private fundraising transactions.
• Prepare confidential memoranda, board papers, pitch books, corporate profiles and analytical materials.
• Build and maintain financial models, valuations and forecasts for strategic advice and execution.
• Prepare investor materials, shareholder analysis and market insights for listed corporate clients.
• Coordinate with Equity Research, Equity Sales and IBCM Product teams on client opportunities and mandates.

Coverage Areas

• Potential coverage areas include generalist broking and advisory, Consumer, Business Services and Industrials.
• Other potential areas include Building Property and Real Estate, Technology, Media and Telecom, and Investment Companies.
• Work with management teams, investors and stakeholders while developing knowledge of Deutsche Bank’s wider product suite.

Programme And Application

• The programme provides exposure to varied projects, ongoing professional and technical training, mentors and peer support.
