About the role
Join Deutsche Bank’s year-long Graduate Program in Group Audit, New York, supporting audit planning, day-to-day activities, and special projects. You will assess the bank’s control environment, collaborate globally, receive professional and technical training, and develop toward increasingly complex responsibilities across business, infrastructure, or central audit teams.
Responsibilities
- Support audit managers with audit planning and contribute to audit execution within the first few weeks.
- Work on day-to-day Group Audit activities and special projects involving different bank departments.
- Collaborate with Group Audit colleagues, business contacts, and specialists across global locations.
- Take on increasingly complex tasks while developing knowledge of the bank’s operations and challenges.
Potential team areas
- Business-aligned teams include Investment Bank, Corporate Bank, Private Bank, and Capital Release Unit.
- Infrastructure-aligned teams include Technology, Risk, COO, Compliance, Sourcing, Anti-Financial Crime, and Finance.
- Central teams include Methodology, Staff Development, and Quality Assurance.
Program support
- Complete a year-long program providing exposure to varied projects and ongoing professional and technical training.
- Build skills through support from peers, mentors, knowledgeable colleagues, and global collaboration.
