About the role
Join Deutsche Bank’s year-long Graduate Program in Group Audit in Jacksonville, starting July 2027. You will support audit planning, contribute to audits, work on special projects, and collaborate globally across business and infrastructure teams. Professional and technical training, mentorship, and expanding responsibilities provide a foundation for future specialization.
Responsibilities
- Support audit managers with audit planning and contribute to audit success within the first few weeks.
- Work on day-to-day business activities and special projects requiring attention to detail and commitment.
- Collaborate with Group Audit colleagues, business contacts, and specialists across global locations.
- Take on increasingly complex responsibilities while developing insight into different bank departments and their challenges.
Potential Areas
- Business-aligned teams include Investment Bank, Corporate Bank, Private Bank, and Capital Release Unit.
- Infrastructure-aligned teams include Technology, Risk, COO, Compliance, Sourcing, Anti-Financial Crime, and Finance.
- Central teams include Methodology, Staff Development, and Quality Assurance.
Program Details
- The year-long program provides exposure to varied projects and ongoing professional and technical training.
- Participants receive support from peers and mentors and access Deutsche Bank’s global wellbeing program.

Eligibility Requirements
- Complete all studies, final exams, coursework, and graduation requirements between December 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027.
- Be available to start full-time work in July 2027, subject to local legislation and visa requirements.
- Have no more than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience.
- Be authorized to work for any United States employer without current or future Deutsche Bank sponsorship.
- Demonstrate adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to use critical judgment responsibly.
- Demonstrate experience using AI tools to improve productivity, workflows, and business problem-solving.
