Role Responsibilities

• Join Australia Rates Trading team with immediate hands-on experience.
• Support senior traders in pricing, hedging, and risk management.
• Develop expertise in macroeconomics, market microstructure, and risk.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong intellectual curiosity and interest in global financial markets.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork skills.
• Degree in Finance, Commerce, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Programming skills (Python, VBA, SQL) advantageous.
• Ability to leverage AI tools responsibly and ethically.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.

Eligibility and Application

• Complete studies between 2026-01-01 and 2027-01-31.
• Start full-time work in February 2027.
• No more than 12 months relevant full-time work experience.
