Program Details

• 10-week rotational internship with 1 week training and 9 weeks desk rotations

• Annual salary $110,000; interns not eligible for incentive compensation

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal training sessions with industry experts
• Rotate through different desks to experience various roles and products
• Support teams in sales, trading, structuring, and research activities
• Apply AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and workflows
• Engage with colleagues across the business to develop professional relationships
• Contribute to delivering tailored financial solutions for clients

Requirements

• Strong intellectual curiosity and interest in global financial markets
• Minimum GPA of 3.5
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Complete studies between Dec 1, 2027 and Jul 31, 2028
• No more than 12 months relevant full-time work experience

Eligibility & Work Authorization

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Able to start full-time work in July 2028, subject to local laws
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools ethically and effectively
• Complete all final exams and coursework before internship start
