Program Details
- 10-week rotational internship with 1 week training and 9 weeks desk rotations
- Work across Fixed Income products including Credit, Emerging Markets, FX, and Rates
- Learn from senior leaders and expand professional network
- Gain exposure to market trends and client solutions
- Annual salary $110,000; interns not eligible for incentive compensation

Responsibilities
- Participate in formal training sessions with industry experts
- Rotate through different desks to experience various roles and products
- Support teams in sales, trading, structuring, and research activities
- Apply AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and workflows
- Engage with colleagues across the business to develop professional relationships

Requirements
- Strong intellectual curiosity and interest in global financial markets
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Complete studies between Dec 1, 2027 and Jul 31, 2028

Eligibility & Work Authorization
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Able to start full-time work in July 2028, subject to local laws
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools ethically and effectively
- Complete all final exams and coursework before internship start
- Applicants must meet Deutsche Bank's work authorization requirements
