About the role

The year-long Deutsche Bank Graduate Program in New York’s Corporate Bank provides exposure to cash management, lending, trade finance, securities services, client coverage, sales, and product management. Participants receive global induction, technical and professional training, ongoing learning, mentorship, networking, and opportunities to contribute to client solutions and special projects.

Role and Division

  • Join the Corporate Bank, covering cash management, lending, trade finance, trust and agency, securities services, and risk management.
  • Work across areas including Corporate Cash Management, Trade Finance and Lending, Institutional Cash Management, and Coverage.
  • Perform roles such as Sales and Product Management while supporting client relationships and financial solutions.
  • Contribute to day-to-day business activities, special projects, and innovative ideas addressing client financial goals.

Training and Development

  • Complete a global induction introducing Deutsche Bank’s business and senior leadership’s vision.
  • Receive divisional technical training and professional skills training after the global induction.
  • Participate in a 12-month continuous learning journey with networking opportunities and wellbeing support.
  • Work alongside experienced colleagues in a friendly, supportive, and approachable culture.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Complete all studies and graduation requirements between January 1, 2026, and July 31, 2027.
  • Be available to start full-time employment in July 2027, subject to local legislation and visa requirements.
  • Have no more than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience.
  • Be authorized to work for any United States employer without requiring Deutsche Bank visa sponsorship.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to use AI tools responsibly and critically.

Compensation and Application

  • The annualized salary is $100,000, excluding incentive compensation and other remuneration.
