Candidate Requirements

• Complete studies between 2027-12-01 and 2028-07-31 with no outstanding graduation requirements.
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• No more than 12 months of full-time relevant work experience.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative work style.
• Passion for helping clients meet financial goals in dynamic markets.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity.

Preferred Skills

• Good numeracy skills; formal math or finance background not mandatory.
• Innovative, engaging, and emotionally intelligent personality.
• Language skills in English, German, French, or additional foreign languages.
• Previous practical experience in banking or finance is a plus.
