Role and Responsibilities

  • Work across Corporate Affairs & Strategy, Management Consulting, Planning & Performance Management, and Chief Sustainability Office
  • Support senior management on strategic priorities
  • Engage in projects involving strategy development, communication, and sustainability
  • Conduct financial and scenario analyses
  • Prepare decision-making documents
  • Contribute to sustainability strategy and ESG initiatives

Candidate Requirements

  • Studying economics, law, communications, humanities, or related fields
  • Interest in strategy, sustainability, and banking
  • Preferably some practical experience in consulting, banking, or sustainability
  • Strong analytical and structured working skills
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience with artificial intelligence applications
  • Curious and eager to learn new topics and work in international teams
  • Must complete studies between 2026-01-01 and 2027-07-31
  • No more than 12 months full-time work experience excluding internships
  • Ready to start full-time in July 2027
