Deutsche Bank Internship (f/m/x) in Investment Bank: Transformation, Data & Process management, Chief Administrative Office (CAO) for Global Markets (FIC) and Corporate Finance (O&A) 2027

About the role

This 2–6-month Frankfurt internship supports Investment Bank transformation, global process and resilience management, or COO automation and innovation. You will contribute to strategic projects, process improvements, regulatory and control initiatives, management information, and practical automation while developing analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills through training and continuous support.

Role and responsibilities

• Support strategic projects and business initiatives across Investment Bank central functions.
• Prepare presentations, reports and management information for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Investment Bank and global workgroups.
• Contribute to process improvements, innovation and automation initiatives.
• Take ownership of defined tasks and deliverables.
• Support transformation, operational resilience, process management or business enablement activities.

Candidate profile

• Knowledge of the banking sector and interest in Investment Bank deliverables across central functions.
• Fluent spoken and written German and English communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of common office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to quickly and flexibly familiarize yourself with various topics and global workgroups.
• Independent, proactive, responsible, committed and well-organized working style.
