Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily operations and projects within Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime.
  • Learn administrative, strategic, and economic aspects of banking.
  • Support implementation of regulatory requirements and financial crime prevention.
  • Collaborate with international teams and experienced professionals.
  • Contribute actively to various teams based on your interests.
  • Develop understanding of risk and compliance frameworks.

Requirements

  • Complete degree in relevant fields by July 31, 2027, with no pending coursework.
  • Fields include business, law, economics, data science, AI, social sciences, or related.
  • Interest in financial crime prevention, regulation, and financial topics.
  • Up to 12 months full-time work experience allowed (excluding internships).
  • Proficient in German and English with strong MS Office skills.
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
