About the role

Paid internship in Frankfurt supporting the Content Management & Engagement team within Deutsche Bank’s Chief Operating Office for Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime. You will contribute to global reporting, senior-management strategy materials, communication initiatives and daily projects while gaining insight into banking operations, financial-crime prevention and regulatory topics.

Role and responsibilities

  • Support daily activities and projects within the Content Management & Engagement team.
  • Help prepare global reports for the Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime division.
  • Prepare strategic documents and materials for senior management.
  • Support communication initiatives involving management and external stakeholders.
  • Gain insight into administrative, strategic and business aspects of banking.
  • Assignments depend on your interests and the internship duration.

Requirements

  • Currently studying at least in the third semester.
  • Degree focus in business, economics, business law, psychology, engineering, information systems, data science, artificial intelligence, law, social sciences, politics or a related field.
  • Interest in financial-crime prevention, regulation, financial topics, planning and strategy.
  • Fluent German and English communication skills.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office.
  • Team-oriented, detail-focused, responsible, engaged and able to remain focused under pressure.

Preferred experience and qualities

  • Initial practical experience is welcomed but not required.
  • International experience may be beneficial.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others.
  • Fast learning ability and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Interest in supporting regulatory interactions and compliance with legal requirements.
