About the role

Join Deutsche Bank’s Paris-based M&A team for a six-month internship in Corporate Finance. You will support day-to-day business and special projects through financial analysis, valuation, research, financial modelling and commercial support. Formal training and continuous guidance will build your investment banking skills while exposing you to client-focused advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to day-to-day business activities and special projects supporting clients’ financial goals.
• Perform financial analysis, valuation work, information research and financial modelling.
• Support commercial approaches and contribute ideas for innovative client solutions.
• Gain exposure to Corporate Finance activities, including mergers and acquisitions advisory work.

Training and Development

• Receive formal training and continuous support from colleagues across Deutsche Bank’s business.
• Learn about the business from different viewpoints and develop a professional network.
• Use the internship to assess whether a Corporate Finance career matches your aspirations.

Requirements

• Be a student with an internship agreement for the six-month placement.
• Have basic knowledge of financial analysis and strong analytical, synthetic-thinking skills.
• Demonstrate excellent English and French communication skills.
• Be intelligent, adaptable, proactive, autonomous, rigorous and intellectually honest.
• Use AI tools to improve productivity while applying critical and ethical judgment.
