Key Responsibilities
- Participate in four HR rotations including Business Advisory and HR Business Partner roles.
- Engage in Performance & Reward, Labour Relations, and Talent Acquisition.
- Contribute to Talent & Development and Workforce Strategy & Analytics.
- Support HR Transformation and HR Services including digitalization.
- Help shape Employer Brand and manage Nachwuchsgruppen.
- Develop innovative ideas to enhance employee success and company performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Studying BWL, VWL, Law, Psychology, (Business) Mathematics, or related fields.
- Excellent academic performance with some practical experience.
- Interest in finance and strategic HR/management topics.
- Analytical mindset, teamwork skills, and proactive responsibility.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools, including AI applications.
- Graduation between 2026-01-01 and 2027-07-31 with no pending exams.
Additional Requirements
- Available for full-time start in July 2027.
- No more than 12 months full-time work experience (excluding internships).
- Compliance with local labor laws and visa regulations.
